Orders and Shipping Policies
Orders:
Orders cannot be cancelled 24 hours after purchase. Most orders will go out within 1-5 business days. All orders are done in the order they are received.
Shipping:
Orders may not go out the next day and will take on average 1-5 business days to ship.
All of our products that ship domestically have 1-3 day shipping. Once you receive an email stating that your order is completed, your order should be arriving shortly! Although you may receive an email stating that an item has shipped, it may take 1-2 days for it to be dropped off at the post office.
If the items are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges. No exceptions.
Returns/Refunds:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your item (exception for orders placed after Black Friday, returns are available until January 10th). Items that have not be used and have been kept clean since delivery may be returned. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the product. The shipping of the product is non-refundable. We do not offer return labels.
Please contact us prior to returning your order or we will not be able to issue a refund. When returning an item, please write the order number on the package so we can properly refund the correct order.
If the clasp breaks on your belt, please send us an email and a copy of the receipt from the store or order number. Without a receipt, we cannot process a replacement. Please note, we may not be able to replace the exact item depending on inventory.
